Daramkhola Hydro Energy Ltd (DHEL) – 9.6 MW Run-of-River Hydro Project in Baglung, Nepal

DHEL was incorporated in December 2015 to develop the “Daram Khola Hydroelectric Project” — a 9.6 MW run-of-river hydropower scheme in Galkot-11, Baglung district, Nepal.

The project utilises water from the Daram Khola river and features infrastructure including a diversion weir with undersluice, intake and settling basin, headrace pipes, penstock, powerhouse, tailrace canal and a ~14 km 33 kV transmission line to the Harichaur sub-station

DHEL’s IPO for the general public consisted of 2,423,185 units (24.23 lakh) at NPR 100 per unit.
